If you do not have this free plug-in and would like it, click here to download it from the Adobe web site .
Use Adobe's form to select the correct version for your computer and operating system. The file size varies but will probably take between 10 minutes and 20 minutes to download, depending upon the speed of your connection. Download it to a location on your PC that you can easily find (i.e. My Documents folder).
When the download is complete, locate the file on your computer and double click to install it. You may have to reboot the computer before you can use the program.
Once the program is installed you can view pdf files live on the web through your web browser. You can also save them to your hard drive and view pdf files that have been previously saved to your hard drive.
To find out more about pdf files and the viewer see Adobe's web site.
Note: Some networks may not allow you to download files through the Internet. If this is the case contact your network or PC support department and ask them to install it for you.
From 2nd January 2017 if you wish to export articles that are partly or fully made from newly listed species of Rosewood, Padauk and Bubinga then the export will need to be accompanied by a CITES re-export permit. It is possible that the importer/customer of the article may need to apply for a CITES import permit from their own authorities and this should be investigated before the export happens.
